AI emails are received or sent emails that are automatically indexed and stored in your AI memory (spam excluded). This allows your AI assistant to understand the full context and help you work more efficiently.

If you reach your monthly AI email limit, receiving and sending emails will be paused until you upgrade to a higher tier or your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
